With a deep understanding of Vietnam’s affluent and growing middle-class as a viable market segment, we set about delivering a weekend escape destination for urbanites. In addition to elevating buyers’ lifestyles, Sanctuary drew attention to an otherwise under-developed area. Comprising 72 luxury residential villas, the beachfront residential community was completed with a full spa and array of outdoor recreational activities.
